"Abdominals" is a segment that focuses on the major muscle groups of the core. The four main muscle groups of the abdomen the transversus, rectus, internal and external obliques are targeted through a series of Pilates based exercises. While intense, the safety of the lower back is a priority. Participants will be given modifications when appropriate. Within minutes you'll be feeling the burn!
What you will need:
A pillow, rolled up towel or some sort of support for the low back
