"Arms and Abs" is a segment that focuses on the major muscle groups of the upper body and core. Light hand weights are used in a series of exercises to sculpt, tone and strengthen deltoids, pectorals, triceps, biceps and rhomboids. Gentle on shoulders and wrists yet incredibly effective in sculpting a beautiful upper body. You will soon discover why we are known for arms!
The four main muscle groups of the abdomen the transversus, rectus, internal and external obliques are targeted through a series of Pilates based exercises. While intense, the safety of the lower back is a priority. Participants will be given modifications when appropriate. Within minutes you'll be feeling the burn!
What you will need:
A pair of light hand weights (we prefer 1, 2 or 3 lbs)
A pillow, rolled up towel or some sort of support for the low back
