"Thighs and Glutes" is a power packed 30-minute class that targets the muscles of the thighs and seat. Through a series of exercises based on classical ballet technique, participants work quadriceps, hamstrings, and gluteal muscles to the point of fatigue. These intense, yet safe moves are then followed by targeted stretching to avoid building bulk. There's a reason why dancers have such beautiful bodies!
