During this segment participants focus on upper body and gluteals. Quick and focused, taken alone or paired with other snackables, this is the perfect format for the person on the go! You are certain to feel the burn and see the results.
What you will need:
A ballet barre, sturdy chair or countertop
A set of light hand weights (we prefer 1, 2, or 3 lbs)
